社会主义市场经济对于体育的基本要求在于通过建立适应市场经济的体制和运行机制,进行合理的人力,财力,物力的资源配置,充分发挥体育的多元功能和整体效应,使体育在市场经济的建立、完善和发展中展示自己的风采,发挥其对经济的特有作用。
The social economic system affects and restricts athletics and in turn athletics serves the system. The economical system restricts the athletic development and athletics plays a dynamic role in the social economy. To athletics, in general, the socialist market economy is to set up the system and motive mechanism fitting the market economy, which can help dispose human, financial and material resorusces rationally, So as to bring the athletic plural funtions and whole effects into full play. Athletics will show its own elegant demeanour in the establishment and improvment and development of the market economy and play its own special part in the economy.
