18例涎腺肌上皮瘤临床病理分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的分析涎腺肌上皮瘤的临床病理学特征、免疫组化特点及鉴别诊断。方法对18例涎腺肌上皮瘤的临床特点、形态学特征及免疫表型进行回顾性分析。结果18例涎腺肌上皮瘤发生于腮腺11例、上颚部5例、颌下腺2例。肿瘤组织有4种类型,为梭形细胞型、浆细胞样细胞型、上皮样细胞型及透明细胞细胞型。免疫组化:calponin表达率95%(17/18)CK14表达率72.2%(13/18)、P63表达率77.8%(14/18)、SMA表达率88.9%(16/18)、s-100表达率95%(17/18),Ki-67增殖指数<2%,P53不表达。结论涎腺肌上皮瘤是一种少见的涎腺良性肿瘤,根据其组织学特征及免疫表型易于与涎腺其他肿瘤鉴别。
