摘要
目的通过检测自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)患者与健康人群血清中的硒水平及核因子κB(NF-κB)水平的差异,探讨硒及NF-κB在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病发生的免疫炎症过程中所起作用。方法研究对象来源于2012年6月-2013年1月我院门诊及住院部,共120例,其中Graves病患者40例,桥本氏病(HT)患者40例,正常对照组40例。测定甲状腺激素、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、血硒及NF-κB水平。数据使用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析,P<0.05有统计学意义。结果 (1)Graves病组及HT组血硒水平较正常人群低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,但Graves病及HT组间无明显差异。(2)Graves病组及HT组血NF-κB水平较正常人群高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,Graves病及HT组间无明显差异。(3)血硒与NF-κB的相关系数r=-0.272,P<0.05,存在负相关。(4)血硒与促甲状腺激素(TSH)的相关系数r=-0.216,P<0.05,存在负相关。结论 AITD患者血硒水平低于对照组,NF-κB水平高于对照组。硒的缺乏及NF-κB可能共同参与了AITD的炎症发生,血硒可能影响甲状腺激素的代谢。
Objective To detect serum selenium and NF-kappaB of patients with autoimmune thyroid disease,compared with controls.To investigate the role of selenium and NF-kappa B in the immune and inflammatory process of autoimmune thyroid disease.Methods Collected from June 2012 to January 2013,120 people of the outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital, patients with Graves’ disease in 40 patients,the HT in 40 patients,40 cases of controls.Detection the thyroid hormone,thyroid hormone antibodies,serum selenium levels and level of NF-kappa B.Data using SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis,P <0.05 considered statistically significant.Results(1) Compare with normal control,the selenium levels of Graves’ disease group and HT groups blood is lower,P <0.05;but no significant difference between AITD itself.(2)The NF-kappa B levels of Graves’ disease group and HT groups blood is higher than normal controls,P<0.05;but no significant difference between AITD itself.(3)The levels of blood selenium and NF-kappa B statistical correlation coefficient r =-0.272,P<0.05,exists negative correlation.(4) The levels of blood selenium and thyrotropin statistical correlation coefficient r =?0.216,P<0.05,exists negative correlation.Conclusion Selenium levels in patients of autoimmune thyroid disease is lower than the control group,while NF-κB levels higher than the control group.Both selenium and NF-κB involved in the inflammatory process of autoimmune thyroid;selenium affect the metabolism of the thyroid.
