CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检术在周围型肺占位病变中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检术在周围型肺占位病变中的应用价值。方法对2011年7月-2012年7月就诊于本院的35例经胸部螺旋CT诊断为周围型肺占位病变患者,在螺旋CT定位和引导下,采用日本进口型号PRECISA 16G*150MM全自动活检针行经皮肺穿刺活检术并获得细胞学和组织学诊断。结果35例周围型肺占位性病变中均穿刺成功,病理与细胞学检查诊断,肺癌29例,炎性包块2例,肺结核2例,坏死组织1例,肺曲霉菌病1例。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术对周围型肺占位性病变具有一定的临床价值。
