腹腔镜下囊肿去顶减压术治疗成人型多囊肾病疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨成人型多囊肾病(ADPKD)囊肿去顶减压术的临床治疗效果及手术时机的选择。方法总结我科2008年5月至2010年8月共收治的14例经影像学及病理确诊的ADPKD患者,男6例,女8例,年龄47-62岁,平均49.8岁。自发现起病程2-8年,平均3.6年。左侧2例,右侧1例,双侧11例;均行后腹膜腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术。结果 14例均顺利完成手术,手术时间平均95 min,失血量平均130 mL;平均住院时间8d。随访4-20个月,6例腰痛减轻、血压恢复正常(6/9例),3例术后仍有腰痛,血压无改善。4例术前血肌酐196-387umol·L-1者,术后3d 2例血肌酐一过性升高,2例稍有下降,术后3个月2例正常,2例血肌酐较术前无改善。结论后腹膜腔镜囊肿去顶减压术治疗成人型多囊肾具有创伤小,术后恢复快等优点,是治疗ADPKD一种有效方法。
