大学生的学习动机与其职业规划在其学习生涯中占据重要地位,其两者具有千丝万缕的关系。学习动机促进个人职业发展,而有职业规划的大学生,他们的学习动机更加明确,学习更具有积极性,学习针对性性更强。
The learning motivation and its occupation planning of college students occupies an important position in the learning life,relationship between the two has have all kinds of connections.Learning motivation to promote personal occupation development,and college students with occupation plan,their learning motivation is more clear,more positive,more targeted.
