摘要
女大学生在就业问题上遭受性别歧视的原因主要有以下几个方面:从社会方面看,一是传统文化偏见观念的影响,二是社会政策法规的不完善;从学校方面看,一是近几年高校扩招的影响,二是高校培养方式与社会对人才需求的脱节,三是就业指导的不到位。另外,还有女大学生自身方面的原因。要解决这一问题,首先,社会要为女大学生搭建良好的就业平台;其次,学校要为女大学生就业奠定良好的基础;最后,女大学生自身要更新观念,自我完善。
The following aspects are mainly aettributable to explain why female college students are prone to be looked down upon during job-hunting just because of their sex.From the point of society,first,the effect from the concept of traditional culture bias;second,impertect social policy,laws and regulations.From the view of colleges,first,the effect from college enrollment expansion in recent years;second,the separation between cultivation way in colleges and social demand for talents;third,insufficient employment guidance.In addition,some other reasons can be found in female college students themselves.The countermeasures should be followed to solve the problem:first,society should establish functional platform for their employment;second,colleges should lay a sound foundation for them;finally,they should renew concepts to perfect themselves.
