摘要
简析了娄底市休闲农业企业的发展现状,并运用SWOT分析法,对目前娄底市面积最大、设施最完善的省五星级休闲农业企业——中阳村白鹭山庄进行了深入剖析,并在此基础上总结娄底市休闲农业企业的发展优势及面临的挑战。建议娄底市休闲农业企业扩大目标消费群体,平衡淡季与旺季;调整业务板块结构,丰富收入来源;发掘本土特色文化,培育自主品牌;把握发展机遇,创新发展模式。
The study analyzes current developing situation of recreational agriculture enterprises in Loudi City and makes a thorough analysis of Egret Mountain Villa in Zhongyang Village by using SWOT analysis method. On this basis, the paper summarizes the developing strengths and challenges of recreational agriculture enterprises in Loudi City and puts forward several suggestions:recreational agriculture enterprises should expand target consumers to balance the peak season and slack season;they could increase income sources via adjusting the business structure;they should seek for the culture of local characteristics and develop their own brand; and they should catch development opportunities and innovate the development model.
