摘要
采用正交试验比较研究热水浸提法、微波辅助提取法和超声波辅助提取法提取黑木耳(Auriculariaauricula)多糖的工艺及效率。热水浸提法最佳工艺为料水质量比1∶40、提取温度80℃、提取时间4 h,提取率为8.41%;微波辅助提取法最佳工艺为料水质量比1∶30、微波功率560 W、微波时间90 s、提取温度80℃,提取率为14.08%;超声波辅助提取法最佳工艺为料水质量比1∶40、超声功率80 W、超声时间20min、提取温度60℃,提取率为15.22%。超声波辅助提取法效率最高,优于另两种方法。
Orthogonal tests were applied to compare the hot water extraction method,microwave-assisted extraction method and ultrasonic-assisted extraction method for extracting polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula.The optimum conditions of hot water extraction method were,solid-to-water mass ratio 1∶40,temperature 80 ℃,heating time 4 h;and the extraction yield was 8.41%.The optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction method were,solid-to-mater mass ratio 1∶30,microwave power 560 W,microwave time 90 s,extraction temperature 80 ℃;and the extraction yield was 14.08%.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction method were,solid-to-water mass ratio 1∶40,ultrasonic power 80 W,ultrasonic time 20 min,extraction temperature 60 ℃;and the extraction yield was 15.22%.Ultrasonic-assisted extraction was more efficient and thus better than the other two methods.
