摘要
休闲就是人的自然化。人的自然化表现为:第一,人向自然的回归,这是休闲的生命结构,表现为对自然的亲近以及对身体的热爱;第二,人的本性自然化,这是休闲的情感结构,是休闲的本质规定;第三,人自由地掌握运用自然规律与技巧,这是休闲的理性结构,体现为"度"。对自然对象的规律及运动技巧的掌握以及道德法则的遵守、运用,需要人类付出艰辛的劳动与大量的理性。这种三维一体的休闲界定是对休闲本质的全面建构。
Leisure is naturalization of the human beings. The naturalization of the human beings has three kinds of performance. Firstly,the human nature is naturalized. It is a structure of inner feeling which is the intrinsic value of the leisure action. Secondly,the human beings rediscover the value of the nature. It is the life structure of leisure which shows relationship between the human beings,nature and love for the body.Thirdly,human beings master the law of nature freely. It is a rational structure of leisure action which needs lots of hard labour and reason. This kind of definition of leisure which is three- dimensional integrated is a comprehensive construction to the leisure.
