摘要
文章从市场营销视角,对城市在经济发展竞赛中因为缺少差异化定位导致的竞争力减弱情况进行综述分析。提出定位应在尊重受众心智运行特点的前提下,实施城市差异化定位的四个步骤,宗旨在优化城市规划体系,减少城市建筑风格雷同和产业结构重复等现象。
This article from the view of marketing, analyzes the city weakening the competitiveness in the economic development competition because of the lack of differentiation positioning. The location should be based on the operation characteristics of the audience mind, carry out four steps of city positioning differences, aim at the optimization of city planning system, reduce the similar of city architectural style and repetition of industrial structure repetition phenomena.
