摘要
以山西省国家投资土地开发整理项目为例 ,分析了山西 18个项目的现状及 2 0 0 1年项目实施产生的综合效益 ,阐述了项目实施中存在的主要问题 ;提出了严把可行性研究和立项审查关是土地开发整理项目能否顺利实施的关键 ,对项目实施中存在的主要问题提出了相应的对策和建议。
Using land development and consolidation invested by State in Shanxi Province as an example, we analyze the current situation of the eighteen projects in Shanxi Province and the generalized effect of the projects of 2001. At the same time, the principal problems are elaborated. We suggest that the key to implement projects is to strictly check on the feasible study and the examination and approval of projects. This paper presents appropriate countermeasures and suggestions to resolve the principal problems in implementing the projects.
