摘要
讨论了光和热对丝绸老化的影响。结果表明,光比热对丝绸之染料的影响大得多;随着辐照时间的增加,丝纤维强度降低曲线呈典型的动力学反应特征。通过抗张强度、白度等测试,对保护剂进行了筛选。
The effect of ultra violet[UV]and heat on silk were discussed.The results were shown that UV bad more effect than heat on the dyes of the silk,which the dark fabrics made more apparent(the whiteness change of light fabrics from 22.4%—29.3% in eighteen days;the whiteness change of dark fabric from 15.2%—27.5% in one day).With irradiating-time increasing,the dark fabric whiteness had a greater change.Strength is a physical quantity which discribes silk fibre condition. The experiment results were shown that with irradiating-time and heating-time increasing,the strength of silk fibre decreased.The plot of irradiating-time vs.strength appeared typical kinetics characteris- tic. In recent years,anti-aging agents have attracted more and more attention.Various kinds of anti- aging agents have been used in many fields,but those used in silk protecting are few.Here,several anti-aging agents were selected to study their protecting effect on silk through strength and whiteness measuring and to set a basis for picking up practicable anti-aging agents special to ancient silk.The re- sult was shown that among the agents (2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-cresol,4,4’-Isopropylidene bisphenol, BTA and PMTA)selected,BTA was the best one.By using BTA on silk,the whitenes change of the silk was the least after UV irradiating while the retention strength was maximum.Anti-aging agents were sifted out by strength and whiteness measuring.From the date measured,PMTA was better than 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 4,4′-lsopropylidene bisphenoi.If there is no BTA or PMTA avail- able,2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 4,4’-Isopropylidene bisphenol can also be used,that is,they have some protecting effect.
