摘要
南北美洲在独立之初,彼此之间的发展水平基本相当,但是在独立后二者却走上了不同的发展道路,一个成了第一世界,另一个则成了第三世界。长期以来,关于两个美洲之间这种反差的研究形成了一个又一个理论体系,但是南美并没有在这些理论的指导下实现发展。对这些理论进行梳理,将加深我们对南美落后根源的认识,并且可以在此基础上进行新的探索。
There was a similar developing level when the colonial countries of North and South Americagained independence. However,North and South America had been on completely different developing rode after the independence:the one grew into the first world,and yet the other became the third world.There has been a vast amount of theories about the development difference between North and South A-merica. But the latter still belongs to underdeveloped world now. Reviewing these theories can help us understand the origin of the underdevelopment of South America better.
