摘要
新加坡国有资产管理实行分类与分层相结合的方式,实现了行政管理、产权管理和营造市场环境的分离;国有资产运营方式为资本运营,建立了较完善的企业外部监督和企业内部制衡机制。该经验对我国具有一定的借鉴意义。
The management of Singapore national capital adopts the way of classifying and dividing layers to combine together. This kind of system has realized the separation of administration, property right management and the building of market environment. The operating way of Singapore national capital is the capital operation. Singapore has set up a relatively perfect system of enterprises outside supervision and inside restricting balance. In this article, the enlightenment to China is proposed.
