摘要
提出了一种以非离子表面活性剂Tween 2 0为胶束介质、I-作重原子微扰剂、Na2 SO3 为除氧剂的胶束增稳室温光测定色氨酸的方法。详细研究了各种实验条件的影响。线性范围 8.0× 1 0 -8~ 8.0× 1 0 -6mol L ,检出限达 1 .4×1 0 -9mol L。直接用于大米、花生、大豆及竹笋中色氨酸的测定 ,相对标准偏差2 4%~ 3.3% ,与荧光法比较 ,相对误差 - 3.1 %~ 4.2 %。
A method for determination of tryptophan (TRP) by micellar-stabilized room temperature phosphorescence (MS-RTP) with non-ionic surfactant Tween-20 as a micellar medium, I^- as a heavy atom perturber and sodium sulfite as a oxygen scavenger was described. The effect of various experimental conditions was studied in detail. The working curve of tryptophan had a linear range of 8.0×10^(-8)~8.0×10^(-6) mol/L with a detection limit of 1.4×10^(-9) mol/L. The method was applied to determination of tryptophan in rice, peanut, soybean and bamboo shoot samples with satisfactory results. The relative deviations were -3.1%~4.2% as compared with fluorimetry, and the relative standard deviations were 2.4%~3.3%.
