摘要
本文采用高电压、低电流动物刺激笼训练兔,模拟出急、慢性小腿肌肉运动损伤,并在训练的同时予以中医药和物理治疗。通过组织学、血液流变学、生物化学以及生物力学等指标测试,发现大强度训练早期将引起肌纤维的运动性损伤、血粘度下降、血清酶升高、肌肉抗断裂强度和能量吸收增加。早期外敷中药和冷疗对保护肌肉组织和提高肌肉生物力学性质有良好作用。训练中期肌肉组织有不同程度的慢性损伤,而中医药对其有明显的治疗作用。训练后期肌肉组织呈典型的慢性损伤表现,但肌肉的生物力学性质增强。肌肉强度的增加可以有效地预防肌肉的被动拉伤,而训练的同时予以中医治疗可加快肌肉组织的恢复。因此,加强肌肉的训练是预防运动损伤的一项主动性措施,而同时辅以适当的治疗手段,则可以减少临床症状,保证肌肉正常工作。
The skeletal muscle injuries are most common and often disabling damage in athletes. The purpose of this work is to investigate the histologic, biochemical and biomechanichal changes of muscle after intensive exercise, with or without managements. It was dertermined that the histologic, serum enzymes CPK, GPT, GOT, LDH, hemorheologic and biomechanical changes of muscle during exercise program. The experimental observation revealed the serum enzymes increased and the viscosity of blood decreased during 4 days of exercise, the biomechanical properties of muscle including the failure load and energy absorption at failure were increased significantly after a period of exercise. The increase of muscular strength can prevent the sports injuries of skeletal muscle effectively and proper managements must be important for the muscle conditioning during sports training and competition.
