摘要
文章阐述了循环经济、工业生态学、生态工业、生态工业园区等的概念、内容、特征及发展趋势,探讨了小城镇发展生态工业的作用和主要内容,即包括小城镇生态工业链的设计,推行清洁生产,结合特色工业园区建设小城镇特色生态工业园区和实施工业企业绿色管理等。最后提出了小城镇发展生态工业的若干对策:制定小城镇生态工业发展和工业园区建设规划;调整优化小城镇工业结构和布局;构建小城镇生态工业技术和信息支撑体系;探讨小城镇生态工业管理制度。
This paper expounded the concepts, contents, features and developmental trends of cycle economy, industrial ecology, eco_industry and eco_industrial park. Discussed the role and main contents of development of eco_industry in small towns, include the design of eco_industrial chain, the carrying out of cleaning production, the construction of eco_industrial park with distinctive features and the implementation of green management on the industrial enterprises in small towns, etc. At last, put forward some countermeasures about the development of eco_industry in small towns: to map out the construction plan of eco_industry and eco_industrial park, to adjust and optimize the structure and distribution of small towns' industries, to establish the eco_industrial technology and information supporting system, to probe into the management system of small towns' eco_industries.
