摘要
本文从比较研究的角度，分析并论述了宪法学的基本范畴之一，宪法的渊源。作者通过宪法学理论和各国立宪例的实践，认为中国宪法渊源包括宪法典、宪法修正案、宪法性法律、宪法性文件、宪法惯例、宪法解释、条约和协议等七种。
The management modernization and electronic computer have been pursuied as a focal point an hot subject in search both at home and abroad. However, the trend and their inherent relation of their own coupling and mutual pushing effect which are very imporatnt are often ignored and attract not enough attention in research. In terms of this Subject, the trend of development of computer is briefed and its application to the management modernization and especially to the present reality in our country is studied as well so as to attract enough attention to further research in this field.
