摘要
本文论述对外开放与经济实力增长的相关性,提出用开放战略巩固重庆的西南经济中心地位,并就重庆市的对外开放提出相应措施。
This paper discusses the relativity between opening and the growth of economic strength, and proposes taking open strategy to strengthen Chongqing's economic central status in southwest. It then provides corresponding countermeasures for Chongqing's opening.
