摘要
环境污染是一个典型的市场失效问题，经济学家提出过许多修正市场失效的方法。纯经济分析并不能从根本上解释目前环境问题的实质。当今世界所面临的生态危机，已不是经济系统中的环境问题。由于人类经济活动已达到地球生态系统所能承受的极限，只有将经济系统放在生态系统中加以考察。
Environmental pollution is atypical example of market failurethat economists have put forward many waysto solve. A pure economic analysis cannottotally explainthe essence ofthe current environmental problems. The ecological crisesthatthe contemporary world id confronted with is no longer an environmental problem inthe system of economy. Instead, it is only by examiningthe system of economy withinthe ecological systemthat we can correctly understandthe basic changes of relations betweenthe humans andthe nature becausethe human economic activities have already reachedthe limitthatthe earth′s ecological system affordsto bear.
