在社会主义市场经济条件下，要深入研究按劳分配的特点；同时又要研究按劳分配和按生产要素分配结合的依据。
It is very important to study the characteristics of the system of distribution according to work in the situation of socialist market economy.Also the uniting foundation of the two systems of distribution according to work and according to production factors must be studied to know their effection on adjusting resources distribution and development of production.
