摘要
本文以民族过程理论阐释建国５０ 年中国的民族发展和民族问题。文章依次简略陈述了中国民族的经济过程、政治过程及族体形态过程，然后着重指出，各民族从自在走向自觉，不断追求自身的发展繁荣，民族之间的共性日益增多，这是我国５０ 年来民族过程的基本特点。民族过程的推进及其与总体社会发展进程的摩擦和碰撞是民族问题产生的根源；而各民族迫切要求加快发展与自身发展能力不足的矛盾、各民族的具体利益与以国家为范围的社会整体利益的矛盾和民族之间的矛盾是我国民族问题的主要内容。
This article expounds the development of China's ethnic groups and questions concerning these groups at an angle of ethnic process theory.After giving a brief description of the economic,political and ethny-shaping processes of China's ethnic groups,the author emphatically points out that the various ethnic groups having become conscious groups from groups-in-themselve,their continuous pursuit of themselve's development and prosperity,and the increase of common character among the ethnic groups are the basic characteristics of ethnic processes in China during the 50years since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The friction and collisions between the ethnic processes' moving forward and the development process of the society as a whole are the source that produce various problems concerning ethnic groups;the contradictions between the ethnic groups' desire to speed up their development and the insufficiency of themselve' s ability to develop, between the ethnic groups' specific interests and the interests of the society as a whole within the limits of the country are main contents of the problems concerning ethnic groups in China.
