摘要
本文在劳动价值论的基础上,论述了知识经济的发展与制度安排结构之间的关系以及国际分工出现的新趋势,并提出发展中国家发展知识经济的政策取向:通过国际经济合作促进适合本国国情的。
The article discusses the relationship between the development of knowledge economy and the institution arrangement structure.It also researches the changes of the basis and the styles of internatonal dividing under the background of knowledge economy,trying to analyse principles of policy of developing countries:establishing a institution arrangement structure which promotes development of knowledge economy through international economy cooperation.
