摘要
本文系统分析了兰州市区人口剧增与城市发展不协调的现状，提出了严格控制市区人口规模，加快城市基础设施建设。
This paper has systematically analyzed the sharp increase in the population of Lanzhou and the insufficient development of the city and proposed measures of strictly controlling the population, quickening the fundamental construction and improving the city environment.
