基于机器视觉技术的生猪活体监测系统 被引量:3

Monitoring system for livestock growth based on machine vision technology

摘要 目的通过图像处理技术计算活体猪的体型特征参数值,结合体重参数对生猪出栏肉产量进行预测。方法采用工业摄像头获取活体猪的图像,采用Matrox公司图像采集卡并对其在VC++开发环境中进行二次开发,开发了一套基于机器视觉技术的畜禽活体检测系统。结果实现活体猪不同角度图像的同界面显示和采集,并基于MicrosoftVisual2008软件平台开发了系统操作界面。结论该套系统结构简单,成本低廉,具有较好的推广应用前景。 Objective To develop a set of monitoring livestock growth imaging system based on machine vision technology.Method Images of pigs for analysis were collected using two low light CCD video cameras.Image processing technology was used to calculate the body dimensions of pigs.Pig's dimensions and weight were used to predict the post-mortem meat production.Results Two Matrox video capture cards were used and secondary developed based on VC++ to realize image display,save and calculate.A system operation interface was developed based on Microsoft Visual 2008.Conclusion The monitoring system is simple,reasonable,and has a good application prospect.
