经食管超声心动图在经皮肺动脉瓣置入术中的应用——附1例病例报道 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告 　　患者，女性，39岁，25年前因“法洛四联症”于本院行外科治疗，术后定期随访无殊。2013年6月活动后出现胸闷、心慌，偶伴气急、头晕症状，休息后可缓解，1个月发作4次。本院经胸超声心动图显示：先天性心脏病，法洛四联症术后：①补片下缘室水平残余分流；②右房（上下径×左右径：69 mm×66 mm）及右室（上下径×左右径：80 mm×58 mm）增大伴轻中度三尖瓣反流；③轻度二尖瓣反流；④重度肺动脉瓣反流。患者由于耐受力较差，分别在本院于2013年7月3日先行室缺残余漏封堵术，2013年10月18日行经皮导管肺动脉瓣置入术（percutaneous pulmonary valve&nbsp；implantation，PPVI）。
