2013ISHEN肝硬化患者肝性脑病营养管理共识解读 被引量:4

摘要 营养不良和肝性脑病(hepatic encephalopathy, HE)是肝硬化的两个最常见的并发症,两者对预后均有决定性的作用。对于肝硬化患者,尤其是合并HE后的患者,其营养状况的准确评估及有效改善,也许有助于预防HE的发生发展,并且促进其目前的管理。虽然当前存在一些营养论著和通用指南,但此领域的信息多数是基于临床实践或开放性临床试验。因此,国际肝性脑病和氮质代谢学会(International Society on Hepatic Encephalopathy and Nitrogen Metabolism,ISHEN)在第13届研讨会上,充分讨论后,达成了一个关于肝硬化HE患者营养问题的初步共识,结果于第14届ISHEN会议公布,后经反复修改,最终获得《2013肝硬化患者肝性脑病营养共识》(以下简称《共识》)。
