摘要
目的观察脑卒中吞咽障碍患者给予鼻饲流质饮食的临床效果。方法提取2011年1月至2011年12月常德市多中心脑卒中登记数据库的278例脑卒中吞咽障碍的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组在常规用药基础上经口进食,观察组在常规用药基础上予以鼻饲流质饮食。结果经过3周的观察,观察组患者的痊愈率和有效率明显提高(P<0.05),吸入性肺炎、营养不良、内环境紊乱的发生率明显减少(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论脑卒中吞咽障碍患者给予鼻饲流质饮食,可提高治愈率,减少并发症。
Objective To observe the stroke patients with dysphagia who had been given the clinical effects of nasogastric liquid diet. Method 278 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group in the conventional treatment on the basis of food by mouth, observation group to be in regular medication on the basis of nasogastric liquid diet. Result After three weeks of observation, the cure rate observed in patients and significantly improved(P < 0.05), aspiration pneumonia, malnutrition, internal environment disorder and the incidence decreased significantly(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant. Conclusion After being given nasogastric liquid diet, the cure rate of dysphagia stroke patients could be improved, complications could be decreased and quality of life could be improved.
