摘要 1 2012美国老年糖尿病共识发布的背景 随着社会老龄化的来临，老年人群糖尿病的诊治成为业界乃至整个社会关心的焦点之一。老年人群糖尿病有着与青年人群不同的临床特点，决定了其治疗目标及方式的特殊性。
