摘要
根据对实际运行工况下吸收式热泵制冷量影响因素的分析,提出了制冷量修正曲线的试验方法。将该方法应用于某300MW供热机组,测试计算了热泵边界参数对其制冷量影响的修正系数,首次给出了影响制冷量的定量数据。计算结果表明,以各参数偏离设计值10%为判断条件,其影响制冷量的次序为:热网进口水温度→热源进口水温度→驱动蒸汽压力→热网水流量→热源水流量→驱动蒸汽过热度。
By qualitatively analyzing factors affecting the refrigerating capacity of absorption heat pumps,the test method to determine the refrigerating capacity correction curve was put forward. Applying this method on a 300MW unit,the correction coefficient of heat pump's boundary parameters on its refrigerating capacity were tested and calculated,and the quantitative data affecting the refrigerating capacity were first given.The results show that,regarding the condition that each parameter deviated from the design value in 10% as the judging condition,the sequence of parameters affecting the refrigerating capacity(according to the influence degree,from large to small)was:water temperature at the heat net inlet,water temperature at the heat source inlet,the driving steam pressure,the heating water flow,the water flow in heat source,the driving steam superheat.
