摘要
本文详细分析船舶技术状况考核的复杂性,原有打分方式的缺点,模糊打分的特点和优势,提出了应用模糊数学综合评判的方法,并在具体实例中给出了船舶技术状况模糊综合评价的详细步骤和计算机的实现方案。
Aiming at the complexity of assessment on technologic status of ship, applying fuzzy synthetical assessment theory, this paper analyses detailedly the defect of original assessment method, the characteristic and advantage of fuzzy synthetical assessment, and puts forward the particular procedures of this method.It also elucidates how to realize the method by computer programming.
