摘要
针对目前检验医学研究生培养体系中存在的专业目标不明确、培养理念缺乏创新等问题,作者结合自身学习和研究的实际,从课程设置、知识拓宽、科研氛围和科研选题四个方面探讨如何创新地培养检验医学研究生。
This paper focuses on some general problems of current system of graduate student education of la- boratory medicine,including unclear training target,lack of innovation in educational concepts and so on. Some suggestions are made about course setting,knowledge broadening and scientific research atmosphere, and research subjecting choosing,according to the author's own practice
