摘要
加强基层党组织建设既是搞好先进性教育活动的重要保证,也是先进性教育活动的一个重要目标。高校肩负着传播先进文化、促进两个文明建设的重任,在践行“三个代表”重要思想方面有着义不容辞的责任。因此,高等院校在先进性教育活动中应当把加强大学生基层党组织建设放到重要位置,“以人为本”地建设高校大学生公寓社区党组织,这对进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育有着重大意义。
To strengthen the Party organization at the primary level is not only the important guarantee for but also one of the important goals of keeping CPC members progressive,innovative and forward-thinking.Colle- ges sustain great responsibilities to spread the advanced culture and build the spiritual and material civiliza- tions and take up the heavy responsibility to earnestly put the important thought of Three Represents into prac- tice.Therefore,in the educational activities to keep CPC members progressive,innovative and forward-think- ing,priory should be given to strengthening the college students'Party organization at the primary level in col- leges.It is of great significance to eonstruet the Party organization at the college students' community with hu- manism and to improve the ideology of the students.
