摘要
随着我国社会主义现代化建设的不断推进,各行各业对高等工程教育所培养的人才要求越来越高。高等工程教育要以通识教育为媒介,坚持知识教育与能力教育相结合,专才教育与通才教育相结合,科学教育与人文教育相结合,大力推进自身的改革与发展,培养出更多有社会责任感的高质量的工程技术人才,实现由培养单一型的专业人才向复合型的工程人才,由多层次人才培养向以本科生培养为主,由“学”、“术”分离向“学”、“术”紧密结合的转变。
With the development of the social modernization in our country,every kind of work needs more persons with high ability.The higher education of engineering have to change by the media of the general edu- cation,and it should combine the knowledge and ability learning ,professional and general cultivating,scientific and cultural training together to advance the reform and development in higher engineering education and foster more engineering elites with more responsibility.In this way,the engineering education can help to turn out the change in cultivating which turn the single to combining type,hierarchical cultivating to bachelors basics, and“leaning and technology separated”to“leaning and technology combined”
