摘要
本文试图从项目管理者的视野出发,建立一套包括立项评估、中期评估、绩效评估等不同阶段,涵盖确立评估程序、构建指标体系、选择评估方法等评估重点在内的完整的软科学项目评估体系,为软科学项目评估工作的开展提供理论依据和具体的技术指导。
From project managers' perspectives,a comprehensive evaluation system which includes pre - evaluation,mid-evaluation, and performance - evaluation is formed and the system involves such main points as establishing evaluation procedures, forming indexe systems and choosing evaluation approaches,and provides theoretical basis and specific technical instructions for the evaluations of research projects in soft science.
