生物法在制备抗癌药物紫杉醇中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 紫杉醇是一种新型高效的抗癌药物,传统的从植物中直接提取法已不能满足人们对紫杉醇的需求。本文综述了生物法在紫杉醇生产中的应用,重点介绍了微生物直接发酵法、酶-化学半合成法制备紫杉醇的研究。 Taxol is a novel and efficient drug with excellent activity against a range of cancers,the traditional method for producing taxol is extraction from plants directly, but the low production can not meet the needs of the people now. This article reviews the application of biological technique in taxol production, Especially fermentation of paclitaxel-producing fungi and enzymes-chemical prepared paclitaxel, which are the two most promising approaches for taxol.
