A^3O中间段出水工艺对氮的影响

摘要 A3O中间段出水工艺用于处理城市污水,该工艺打破了传统生化处理工艺的运行方式,在传统A2O工艺的缺氧单元和好氧单元之间增设了兼氧单元,并将生化系统出水方式由好氧末端出水改为从中间段的兼氧单元出水,同时以ORP值作为各工艺单元的控制指标。该工艺在不影响出水中COD、BOD、TP、TN、SS等指标的前提下,改变了出水氮的存在形态,使出水氮以阳离子铵态氮为主,然后被后续吸附单元去除,实现出水总氮达到地表水Ⅳ类水标准。该工艺为城市污水深度脱氮提供了一种全新的技术。 The effluent from the middle section of A3O process is utilized in the municipal wastewater treatment.This process breaks the operationmode of the traditional biological treatmentprocess,addsfacultative oxygen unitbetween the anoxic unit and the aerobic unit of the traditional A2O process and transforms the effluent of the biological system from the end of aerobic unit to the middle section of the facultative oxygen unit,in which the ORP value is taken as control index.In the condition of not affecting the indexes of COD,BOD,TP,TN,SS of the effluent,the nitrogen form of the effluent is changed,which mainly exists in the form of the cationic ammonia nitrogen,and then be removed by the follow-up adsorption unit.As a result,the total nitrogen of effluent could reach theⅣ class of surface water standard.This process provides a new technology for the denitrification of the municipal wastewater advanced treatment.
