摘要
频率测量系统被广泛应用于各个计量部门,各计量部门需要建立合适、准确的测量系统,保证量值溯源的科学、可靠。本文阐述了建立铷原子频率标准装置的系统方案,系统不确定度分析,系统性能验证方法。
Frequency measurement system has been widely used in various measurement sector.Measuring departments have to establish an appropriate and accurate measurement system to ensure the traceability of science and reliable.This paper describes the establishment of rubidium atomic frequency standard device system solutions,system uncertainty analysis and system performance verif ication methods.
