摘要
根据激光后向散射测试原理设计的粉尘浓度监测仪结构,是将光学镜片及激光源、光接收器一同置于光学座内,利用材料的弯曲变形来调节测量光程;校准器利用反射片材料的弹性变形,实现了在线量程的校准;扰流片的应用,降低了镜片污染度,提高了监测数据的真实性。
The structure of dust concentration monitor which designed according to the laser backward scattering test principle,put optical lens,laser source and light receiver together inside the optical base,using the bending deformation of material to adjust the measuring optical path.The calibrator using the elastic deformation of reflector material,realizing the online range of calibration.It reduces the pollution of lens and improve the authenticity of monitor data by using the Vortex piece.
