在测量不确定度评定过程中,自由度可以表征标准不确定度的准确程度。本文简述了测量不确定度评定流程和评定方法,以及自由度的定义,分别介绍了自由度在评定A类不确定度时的计算方法,以及在评定B类不确定度时的估计取值方法。
Degrees of freedom indicates accuracy of standard uncertainty in evaluating uncertainty of measurement.The paper introduces the process and methods of evaluating uncertainty of measurement.It states definition on degrees of freedom.The calculation methods of type A and type B evaluation of uncertainty are proposed.
