摘要
目的了解影响长期住院精神分裂症患者血糖升高的相关因素。方法通过对140例长期住院精神分裂症患者血糖的调查,筛查出30例血糖升高患者并在余下的110例患者中随机抽取30例血糖正常患者作为对照。结果血糖升高组患者在性别、年龄、病程、服药时间及体重方面同正常组相比无明显差异,而在服药种类、服药方式、血脂情况方面有明显的差异。结论提倡单一用药,减少联合用药,少用氯氮平等对血糖有明显影响的抗精神病药物,可以降低血糖升高的发生率。
Objective To study the related factors of increased blood-glucose on inpatients with schizophrenia for long time.Methods After 140 inpatients with schizophrenia for a long period of time had been investigated about blood-glucose,30 inpatients with increased blood-glucose were screened as the study group,30 inpatients with normal blood-glucose were randomly selected from residuary 110 inpatients as normal control group.Results As compared with the normal control group,the increased blood-glucose group was not significantly different on sex,age,duration of disease,time of oral medicine and body weight,while was significant different on sorts of oral medicine,styles of oral medicine and blood-glucose.Conclusion It is suggested that increasing monotherapy,reducing combination therapy and clozapine on clinical can reduce the incidence of increased blood-glucose.
