摘要
新时期,高校青年教工的成长环境与思想状况都发生了明显变化,他们在理想信念、利益诉求等各方面都呈现出新的趋势和特点,主体意识更加突出,价值取向多元化,具有强烈的政治热情和历史使命感。高校应当针对实际,转变思路,更新观念,强化组织建设,创新教育方式,通过加强基层党组织建设、建立和办好党外知识分子联谊会,促进和深化高校青年教工的思想教育和政治引导工作。
@@@@In the new period, growth environment and the ideological situation of young college teachers have undergone significant changes, their ideals and beliefs, interests are showing a new trend and characteristics in all aspects, main body consciousness is more prominent, diversified value orientation, political passion and strong sense of historical mission. Colleges should according to the actual, change the way of thinking, renew ideas, strengthen the organization construction, innovation education, by strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations, establish and run the non-Party intellectuals sodality, the promotion and the ideological education and politics to deepen the university young faculty guidance work.
