摘要
在排球拦网训练和比赛中应体现出后发先至的指导思想,针对在拦网过程中如何应用提出了具体的要求,列举了一些简单易行的训练方法和手段。本校女子排球队训练和比赛实践结果,进一步论证了此训练方法的优缺点。提出了对排球拦网技术训练的建议。
Guiding ideology of achievement before acting in block should be embodied in volleyball training and competition. Some simple and easy training methods were listed aiming at the specific requirements of application in the process of blocks. The practice result of the training and competition of women volleyball teams of North China Electric Power University further proved the merits and demerits of the training. Suggestions of the training of volleyball blocks were (proposed.)
