摘要
目的总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术的经验与体会。方法回顾性分析了本院360例腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床资料。结果本组360例拟行腹腔镜手术病例中,357例成功实施,3例中转开腹。结论探明和确认胆囊壶腹与胆囊管的交界部解剖关系,是防止胆管损伤的关键。
Objective Summarize the experience and understanding of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital clinical data of 360 cases patients who suffered from laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results here are a total of 360 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery cases,including 357 cases of successful surgery implementation and 3 cases of laparotomy.Conclusions Proven and confirmed the dissection cross-junction of gallbladder ampulla and cystic duct is necessary and key step in Bile duct injury prevention.
