摘要
通过实验研究,对某Y型旋转阀的工作原理、结构特点和流体流动特性作深入了解,利用水流量标准装置分别对3个不同口径尺寸的Y型旋转阀进行实验测试,记录相关的系列数据,并对该实验测试数据进行计算处理.最后以图表加文字的形式对该Y型旋转阀门特性进行了描述,以帮助人们对该阀门的认识.
Research was conducted on water flow devices and a deep analysis was made on the working principle of Y-type rotary valves,the structural features,and the flow characteristics.The experiments with different bore Y-type rotary valves were conducted in water flow standard devices,and all the data were saved in computer.Moreover,the experimental data were processed by a proposed method.In addition,the flow characteristics of the Y-type rotary valves are described with the diagram which is helpful to understand the characteristics of the Y-type rotary valves.
