摘要
目的 探讨小儿胰腺炎的诊断与治疗。方法 回顾性分析 1 992年～ 2 0 0 2年间 39例小儿急性胰腺炎的诊治记录。结果 患儿中有 2例为重症胰腺炎 ,37例为轻型胰腺炎。 1例合并胰腺假性囊肿行内引流术 ,其余均保守治疗 ,全组均痊愈。结论 了解小儿胰腺炎的病因、分型特征及治疗措施 ,将有利于提高小儿胰腺炎的治疗水平。
Objective To probe into diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods The diagnosis and therapy in 39 children from 1992～2002 were reviewed and analysed.Results 2 children with severe acute pancreatitis,37 cases slight pancreatitis.1 case complicated with false pancreatocyst and was cured with intradrainage.All the rest were cured with conservative therapy.Conclusion To understand characteristics of pncreatitis causes,classification features and therapeutic measures are beneficial to children with panceatitis.
