摘要
公司治理结构影响着融资结构的决策和效率,融资结构反过来也影响着治理结构的绩效。结合国内外研究现状深入探讨了公司的内部治理和外部治理结构对融资结构的影响,又结合中国实际探讨了融资结构优化对我国国有企业治理结构优化的促进作用,进而提出了解决国有企业治理结构与融资结构之间矛盾的办法。
The structure of corporate governing Tnfluences the policy decision and the efficiency of corporate financial structure, corporate financial structure influences the achievement of corporate governing structure on the contrary. the paper profoundly studies how the internal structure and the external structure of corporate governing influence the corporate finance structure according to the present internal and international research situation. Then it analyses the promoting function of finance structure's improving to governing structure's improving of state-run corporates, and further points out the ways of how to resolve the contradictions between corporate governing structure and corporate financial structure in accordance with Chinese reality.
