摘要
在信息化大潮的推动下,各地市情报所的情报服务日益向数字化、网络化发展,如何利用丰富的数字资源为科研工作者提供个性化服务成为情报所的当务之急.本文探讨了如何依托科技信息服务平台建立科技电子阅览室,从而助推科技创新和经济发展.
Under the wave of information technology in the new century,the local institute of scientif & technological information are managing to keep the pace with the wave and providing the users with the digital information.How to making use of the network and the digital databse to better serve the researching personnel becomes the top proble to be solved by the lccal institute.This thesis studies how to construct a e-reading room on the basis of the scientif & technological information network so as to promote the innovation and economic development.
