摘要
采用1 L聚合釜装置合成了含有第三单体——间苯二甲酸乙二酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPE)及不同质量分数的第四单体——聚乙二醇(PEG)的一系列阳离子染料易染聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(ECDP),并对其化学结构进行表征。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)、接触角测试仪对合成的ECDP的热性能及亲水性进行了研究。结果表明:随着PEG质量分数的增加,ECDP的玻璃化转变温度、熔点和热分解温度均相应下降,热稳定性减弱,但亲水性有不同程度的提高。
A series of cationic easy-dying polyester(ECDP) which contained the third monomer ethylene sodium-5-sulfo-iso-phthalate(SIPE)and the fourth monomer polyethylene glycol(PEG) with different contents were synthesized in a 1 L polymerizer device.Chemical structure of the prepared ECDP samples was characterized via NMR.Furthermore,the thermal property and hydrophilic property of the synthesized ECDP were studied intensively by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),contact angle instrument.The results showed that with the increasing PEG content,the glass transition temperature,melting point and the thermal decomposition temperature of the ECDP samples decreased accordingly,while their hydrophilic property was improved at a different extent.
